e-SwapMeet is a marketplace of independent vendors. Shipping is managed by each individual vendor — rates, timeframes, and carriers vary by seller and product. This page explains how shipping works across the platform.
How Shipping Works
When you place an order on e-SwapMeet, your items are fulfilled directly by the vendor who listed them — not by e-SwapMeet. Each vendor sets their own shipping rates and handles their own fulfillment. You can view vendor-specific shipping information on each product page before you buy.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates begin after the vendor processes and ships your order. Processing times vary by vendor. Overseas-sourced products may take longer due to international transit and customs clearance — this is disclosed on the product page when applicable.
Local Pickup
Some local vendors offer local pickup as a shipping option. When available, this will appear at checkout. Local pickup orders are coordinated directly between you and the vendor. Cash on delivery (COD) is available for qualifying local pickup orders.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are set by each vendor and calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. Some vendors offer free shipping on qualifying orders.
