What do I need to start selling?

You need a valid email address, basic product information (name, price, description), and at least one photo per product. That’s it. No technical experience required.

Is there a cost to sell on e-SwapMeet?

How do I add products to my store?

Once your vendor account is approved, you’ll have access to a dashboard where you can upload product photos, write descriptions, set prices, and manage your inventory — all from one place.

Can I offer discounts or promotions?

Yes. You can create discounts, sales, and special offers to attract customers directly from your vendor dashboard.

How do I receive payments?

When a customer places an order, your earnings are tracked in your vendor dashboard automatically. Once your balance reaches $50, you can request a withdrawal directly from your dashboard. We manually process payouts via Zelle, PayPal, or bank transfer — whichever you prefer. There are no automatic deductions or commission fees taken from your earnings.

How does shipping or local pickup work?

You can offer shipping, local pickup, or both. Choose your preferred delivery methods and set your own shipping rates or pickup locations when creating your listings.

How will customers find my store?

Your store is listed in our vendor directory and your products appear in search and category results across the marketplace. Products are also eligible to appear in Google Shopping results, putting your inventory in front of buyers actively searching for what you sell. You can also share your store link directly on social media.

How do customers place an order?

Shoppers browse your store, add items to their cart, and complete checkout. Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a notification to fulfill it.

Can customers contact me directly?

Yes. Customers can reach out through the built-in messaging system to ask questions before making a purchase.

How are returns and refunds handled?

Each vendor sets their own return and refund policy. The platform also maintains a general Refund and Returns Policy as a baseline for all transactions.

What happens if I cancel or don’t renew my subscription?

Your store and listings will be temporarily hidden from the marketplace until your subscription is renewed. Your account and all product data are preserved — you can reactivate at any time and everything comes back instantly.
