- Sell $500 worth of products on eBay and you hand over $65 – $90 in fees.
- On Amazon, add a monthly subscription on top of that.
- Etsy is built for handmade goods — not liquidation inventory and mixed merchandise.
- On e-SwapMeet that same $500 in sales costs you $10 — your monthly subscription. That’s it.

Your Own Online Booth
Every vendor gets a dedicated storefront page — your own online booth. When you sell on e-SwapMeet, customers can browse your products, follow your store, and buy directly from you.
🔄
Sell Online & In Person
Keep selling at your physical swap meet or flea market booth. When you sell on e-SwapMeet, your online store works alongside your in-person sales — same inventory, more customers, more sales.
How to Get Started
1. Create Your Vendor Account
Register at e-swapmeet.com/my-account. Choose a vendor name, set up your store profile, and add your payout information. Takes about 5 minutes.
2. Print an Inventory Card
Download and print a grid sheet from the Inventory Cards page. Choose your grid size based on your product sizes — 3×3 for large items, up to 5×5 for small ones.
3. Place Your Products and Photograph
Lay your products on the grid squares, one item per square. Take a single overhead photo with good lighting. That one image covers all your listings.
4. Create Your Listings
From your vendor dashboard, create a product listing for each item. Upload the grid photo once and reference the item’s position in the description — for example, “Item shown in position C4.”
5. Set Your Shipping Options
Choose whether to offer home delivery, local pickup, or both. Set your shipping rates and pickup location if applicable. You’re in control of how you fulfill orders.
6. Start Selling
That’s it — you’re ready to sell on e-SwapMeet. Customers can find your products through search, category browsing, and your personal vendor storefront page.

Payouts are processed manually by the e-SwapMeet admin. You can receive payment via PayPal, bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp. Minimum withdrawal is $20.
When do I get paid?
Request a withdrawal from your vendor dashboard once your balance reaches $20. Admin processes it manually — typically within 1–2 business days.
Can I offer local pickup?
Yes. You control your fulfillment options — home delivery, local pickup, or both. Local pickup also enables cash on delivery as a payment option for your customers.
How many products can I list?
Up to 500 products. If you sell items with variations — like clothing in multiple sizes or colors — each parent product counts as one listing regardless of how many variations it has.
Do product variations count against my product limit?
No. Variations such as size, color, or style are part of their parent product and do not count separately toward your 500-product limit.
What can I sell on e-SwapMeet?
General merchandise, electronics, clothing, toys, tools, home goods, beauty products, collectibles, and imported or discount inventory. e-SwapMeet is built for high-volume, varied inventory — the kind you’d find at a swap meet or flea market.
What if an item sells at my swap meet before it sells online?
Just remove the listing or mark it out of stock from your vendor dashboard. You’re always in control of your inventory.
Do I need a business license to sell?
No business license is required to open a vendor account. You are responsible for complying with any local, state, or federal requirements that apply to your sales. The U.S. Small Business Administration has a helpful guide if you want to learn more about selling products legally.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your vendor dashboard.
